Note: The Product showcase is an Editor element that presents one product as a visual card, with an image, description, key properties and price. Use it when you want a single offer to stand out in a proposal, instead of listing it as a row in a Pricing Table.
What a Product showcase is
A Product showcase is a pricing element built for one product. It uses the same pricing and calculations as a Pricing Table, but displays them as a card:
A header with product name, description and SKU
A product image
A pricing box with price, units, optional discounts and taxes, and the total amount
Product properties, shown as cards or as a list
Each showcase holds exactly one product. To present several products, add one showcase per product or use a Pricing Table.
Add a Product showcase
To insert a Product showcase into a document or template:
Open the document or template in the Editor
Click the + icon below any element to open Add element
Select the Elements tab, or type showcase in the search field
Click Product showcase
An empty showcase appears, ready for your product details.
Add your product
You have three ways to fill in the showcase:
From Product Library: Click From product library in the showcase toolbar, select a product and click Add product. The name and price fill in from your catalog. Because a showcase holds one product, you can select only one.
Manually: Click directly on Add product name, Product description or SKU in the card and type. To set the price, click the price value in the pricing box and enter the amount. The total calculates automatically.
When you click a field, a toolbar opens for that field. Use it to show or hide the field, change the text style, make text bold, change the text color and set the alignment.
From your CRM: If you send documents from a CRM with a GetAccept integration, the showcase can fill in automatically from the deal or opportunity's products when you create the document. See Fill a showcase from your CRM below.
Fill a showcase from your CRM
A Product showcase can be filled by the same Pricing Table Profiles that fill Pricing Tables from your CRM. This works with the CRMs that support Pricing Table Profiles: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive and Upsales. Each link explains how to set up a profile in that CRM.
To fill a showcase from your CRM:
Add a Product showcase to your template
Click Settings in the showcase toolbar and enter a unique Name. This must exactly match the pricing table name in your Pricing Table Profile. Names are case-sensitive.
In your CRM's GetAccept settings, create or edit a Pricing Table Profile that applies to that name, and map the product fields you want to show, such as product name, description, SKU, quantity and price
Activate the profile, then create a document from a deal or opportunity using the template
Note: A showcase holds exactly one product, so the profile must send only one line item to it. If the deal has several products, filter the line items in the profile so only the product you want to highlight reaches the showcase. If more than one line item is sent, the showcase can't be filled.
Discounts and taxes that the profile maps at table level count toward the showcase total, just as in a Pricing Table. To show them on the card, turn on Table discount and Table tax in Visibility. For more on preparing a template for your CRM, see Set Up a Pricing Table for Integrations.
Add a product image
Click Add media in the showcase
Choose Upload image, Stock images or Image from URL
Select your image and click Upload or Add image
Highlight details with product properties
Product properties let you call out what makes the product valuable, for example number of users, support level or what's included. A showcase has two property areas:
Property cards: Short label and value pairs shown as cards, ideal for key highlights
Property list: Rows grouped under a section label, ideal for longer lists such as included services
To add a property:
Click Add product property (or the + next to existing cards)
Pick an existing property, select Create column (property), or click Add blank property
Enter the property name and its value
Optionally, click Content layout label above each area to give it a heading, such as "Highlights" or "What's included"
Properties without a value are hidden from recipients. If an area has no properties with values, the whole area is hidden. In the Editor, everything stays visible so you can keep working on it.
Choose a Large or Small layout
Use Select what to display in the showcase toolbar to switch between two layouts:
Large: A full-width hero card with a centered header, a large image, and the pricing box and properties below
Small: A compact card with the image and details on the left, the pricing box on the right, and properties shown as tags
Your content stays the same when you switch layouts, so you can try both.
Control what is displayed
Click Visibility in the showcase toolbar to choose which details recipients see:
Product information: Product name, Product description, SKU and Image
Pricing details: Show or hide the whole pricing box, or individual rows: Pricing label, Price, Unit, Subtotal before discount, Line item discount, Subtotal before tax, Line item tax, Table discount, Table tax and Total amount
Property cards and Property list: Show or hide each area
Discounts and taxes
A new showcase starts with discounts, taxes and subtotals turned off, so the card opens with just the price, units and total. To add them, turn on the rows you need in Visibility.
Discount and tax rows are labeled by level:
Line item discount / Line item tax: Applied to the product itself
Table discount / Table tax: Applied to the showcase total, the same way table-level discounts and taxes work in a Pricing Table
A row you've turned on but not filled in shows Add discount or Add tax in the Editor. Click it to set the value.
The showcase's total amount is the same figure used by the Pricing Table Summary and the PDF, so totals always match across your document.
Product showcase toolbar
Click the showcase to open its toolbar:
Settings: Set the element name, automatic calculation, and currency and formatting. See Pricing Table Settings
Move: Reorder the showcase within the document
Lock: Prevent accidental edits
Duplicate: Copy the showcase with all content and settings
Delete: Remove the showcase
Name: Name the element. Your CRM's Pricing Table Profile uses this name to find the showcase
Select what to display: Switch between Large and Small
From product library: Fill the showcase from your catalog
Visibility: Choose which details are displayed
Recipient experience
Recipients see the showcase as a read-only card, both in the document and in the PDF. Fields and properties without values are hidden.
Recipients can't change quantities or select optional products in a showcase. If you need that, use a Pricing Table instead. See Variable Quantity and Optional Products.
Good to know
A showcase holds one product. It doesn't support pricing groups, optional products or variable quantities.
When filling a showcase from your CRM, send only one line item to it.
You can't convert an existing Pricing Table into a showcase, or a showcase into a table. Add a new element instead.
AI editing support for the Product showcase is still being developed. For now, edit showcases manually.
Best practices
Use a showcase for your recommended or hero offer, and a Pricing Table for add-ons and line items
Keep property cards short. Two to four highlights are easier to scan than many
Use a clear, high-quality product image. The Large layout displays it prominently
Add a Pricing Table Summary if your document has a showcase plus other pricing tables, so recipients see one grand total
Preview the document before sending to check how the showcase looks for recipients
