Use presets, saved prompts, or free text to guide the output
Provide additional context through prompts, files such as PDFs, or URLs
Upload files or select from those already in the Files tab
When AI generates or updates a page, it can dynamically add, remove, or reorder sections, apply existing layouts and elements, and apply section and text color schemes based on your entity branding settings.
You can switch between AI editing and the manual editor at any time, or combine both approaches on the same page.
How to draft a Deal Room page with AI
To create a new page, open the page in your Deal Room or template and use AI to generate content. Describe what you want the page to cover, and AI will build the structure, sections, and content for you. You can guide the output by:
Writing a free-text prompt
Selecting a preset or saved prompt
Adding context through additional files or URLs
Uploading new files or pointing AI to files already in the Files tab
Because AI uses the context of your deal, including your buyer and the content already in your Deal Room, the output is specific to what's actually happening in the deal rather than generic.
How to edit pages and sections with AI
You can apply AI edits at different levels of the page:
Full page - rewrite or restructure everything on the page
Single section - update one section without touching the rest
Multiple selected sections - edit several sections at once
Describe what you want to change in a prompt, and AI will update the selected scope. You can rewrite content, merge sections, reorder them, or change the layout. After AI applies changes, you can continue refining with more prompts or switch to the manual editor.
Note: AI gives you a strong starting point, but you should always review the output. You're in control of the final result.

Limitations
Not all elements and layouts are supported in the first release. These capabilities will be enabled gradually over time.
AI uses existing layouts and elements. It cannot create new layouts, but it can combine and structure existing ones dynamically.
Output without deal context is more generic. When generating templates or resources without a specific deal, expect less personalized results.
AI usage is based on your company's AI allowance. Additional usage is available via the AI add-on.
