Get Started with the GetAccept Mobile App

The GetAccept mobile app lets you sign documents, view sent proposals, participate in Live Chat with recipients, and manage your deals from anywhere. Whether you're on iOS or Android, you can set up the app in minutes and customize it to match your workflow.

Download the Mobile App

Pro-tip: Download the app before traveling so you can manage deals offline without connectivity issues.

The GetAccept mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it directly from your device's app store.

For iPhone and iPad: Download from the Apple App Store.

For Android devices: Download from the Google Play Store.

Once installed, tap the GetAccept icon to open the app and proceed to login.

Note: The mobile app requires a GetAccept account to log in and use all features.

Log In and Set Up Your Account

When you open the GetAccept mobile app for the first time, you'll be prompted to log in using your GetAccept credentials , the same email and password you use on the web platform.

Enter your email address and password, then tap **Log In**. If your account uses Single Sign-On (SSO) via Azure AD or another identity provider, you'll be redirected to your organization's login page instead.

After logging in successfully, you'll land on your mobile dashboard. From here, you can access your documents, view deals, and start using the app's core features.

Enable or Disable Push Notifications

Push notifications alert you to important activity: when a document is signed, when a recipient opens or engages with a document, when someone sends you a chat message, and when action is needed on your deals.

To manage push notification settings, follow these steps:

  1. Open the GetAccept mobile app

  2. Tap your profile icon at the bottom of the screen

  3. Select **Settings**

  4. Tap **Push Notifications**

  5. Toggle push notifications on or off

When enabled, notifications appear on your device's lock screen and notification center. You can customize notification behavior directly through your device's system settings if you want to silence notifications at specific times of day.

**Note:** Even if you disable push notifications in the app, you can still manually check for updates by opening the app and viewing your dashboard.

Switch to Dark Mode

GetAccept's mobile app supports Dark Mode, which reduces eye strain in low-light environments and can extend battery life on devices with OLED screens.

To enable Dark Mode:

  1. Open the GetAccept mobile app

  2. Tap your profile icon at the bottom

  3. Select **Settings**

  4. Tap **Dark Mode**

  5. Toggle Dark Mode on

The app interface will immediately switch to a dark color scheme. To return to Light Mode, follow the same steps and toggle Dark Mode off. You can also control Dark Mode through your device's system-wide appearance settings, and GetAccept will automatically follow that preference.

Change Your App Language

GetAccept supports multiple languages in the mobile app. You can change the language independently from your device's system language if needed.

To change your app language:

  1. Open the GetAccept mobile app

  2. Tap your profile icon at the bottom

  3. Select **Settings**

  4. Tap **Language**

  5. Choose your preferred language from the list

Supported languages include: English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Dutch, and more. The app interface will update immediately to display in your selected language.

Note that this setting only affects the GetAccept app interface itself , document content and recipient messages will retain their original language.

Switch Between Multiple Entities

If your organization uses multiple entities (separate company instances or departments in GetAccept), you can switch between them directly in the mobile app without logging out.

To switch entities:

  1. Open the GetAccept mobile app

  2. Tap your profile icon at the bottom

  3. Select **Settings**

  4. Tap **Entity**

  5. Select the entity you want to access from the list

The app will reload and display data from your selected entity. Your documents, deals, and settings will now reflect that entity's information. You can switch back to another entity at any time using the same process.

Save Your Handwritten Signature

When you sign documents on mobile, GetAccept lets you draw your handwritten signature directly on the device screen. To make this process faster, you can save a reusable signature in your app settings that you can apply to any document with a single tap.

To save a handwritten signature:

  1. Open the GetAccept mobile app

  2. Tap your profile icon at the bottom

  3. Select **Settings**

  4. Tap **Handwritten Signature**

  5. Follow the on-screen prompt to draw your signature on the screen

  6. Tap **Save** to confirm your signature

Your signature is now stored in the app. The next time you sign a document that includes a signature field, you'll have the option to use your saved signature instantly instead of redrawing it.

To edit your signature later, return to **Settings → Handwritten Signature** and follow the same steps to draw a new one. Your updated signature will replace the previous version.
