You can record videos directly in Contracts and Deal Rooms - making it easy to greet prospects, explain content, or guide them through the next steps.
Where You Can Record Videos
1. Contract – Before Sending
Record a video that appears immediately when the recipient opens the link to your contract.
Perfect for personal introductions or explaining the contract’s purpose.
Each contract video is unique to that document.
How to record:
Open your contract draft.
Before sending, click Record Video.
Record and select your thumbnail.
Save and send your contract.
2. Contract Template – Video Block
Add a video block to your contract template.
Record a video once, and it will appear every time the template is used.
Ideal for standard welcome messages, product overviews, or onboarding videos.
How to record:
Open your contract template.
Add or select the Video Block.
Click Record Video.
Select your thumbnail and save.
3. Deal Room – Introduction Section
Record a video for the introduction section of your Deal Room.
This video plays as soon as the prospect opens the Deal Room link.
Great for making a memorable first impression.
How to record:
Open your Deal Room.
In the hero section, click Record Video.
Select your video/audio source.
Record and choose your thumbnail.
Save changes.
4. Deal Room – Within Your Content
Record a video directly within a content section of your Deal Room.
Use this to explain documents, highlight offers, or guide the prospect through materials.
How to record:
Go to the relevant content section in your Deal Room.
Click Record Video in that section.
Choose your source, record, and select a thumbnail.
Save your video.
5. Deal Room – As an update post
When you publish changes to a room, you can create an update post to let your buyers know what you've changed.
As well as writing update notes, you can also record a video to explain what's changed, or what you'd like participants to do next.
When you've made changes to a room, press Publish and then Create a post.
You can Record a video, or upload a media file from your computer.
