Overview

AI Prompt Templates in GetAccept allow users to create and modify structured prompts for the GetAccept AI Helper. These templates streamline workflows by automating summaries, action points, tone adjustments, and more.

Admins can create prompts for the entire organization, while individual users can create prompts for personal use.

How to Access AI Prompt Templates

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • Click on your profile in the top right corner.

    • Select "Prompt Templates" under the AI section.

  2. Create a New Prompt:

    • Click the "Create prompt" button.

    • Enter a title for your prompt (e.g., "Prospect Call Summary").

    • Define the prompt instructions (e.g., guiding AI to summarize sales calls based on key pain points).

    • Click "Create prompt" to save.

Admins can create templates visible to all users.

Users can create private prompts for personal use.

Using AI Prompt Templates in a Deal room or Contract

Once prompts are created, they can be used directly in documents or notes within GetAccept:

  1. Select Text

    • Highlight the text in your meeting notes or other content.

  2. Open the AI Helper

    • Click the AI Helper button.

    • Choose Modify content from the menu.

  3. Select a Prompt Template

    • Select a custom prompt from "Entity prompts" or "Your prompts" (e.g., "Prospect Call Summary").

  4. Review & Edit Output

    • The AI-generated response appears in the document editor.

    • Make any necessary adjustments before finalizing.

Be Specific: Clearly outline what the AI should focus on (e.g., "Summarize a sales call highlighting pain points and objections").
Structure Instructions: Use numbered lists or bullet points to guide AI responses effectively.
Test Before Sharing: Ensure the prompt generates useful results before making it visible to the organization.
Use for Repetitive Tasks: Create templates for common needs like meeting summaries, follow-up emails, and contract adjustments.
