GetAccept AI is an in-editor assistant designed to enhance document creation and editing. Currently available in Open Beta, it allows users to streamline content creation, improve communication, and adapt tone and language directly within the Editor.

No setup required: The feature is automatically unlocked for all eligible users.

Data Privacy
GetAccept ensures data is stored securely in the EU using a combination of open-source and proprietary language models (LLM). Your information is handled with the same privacy standards as all other GetAccept services.
How to Use GetAccept AI
Accessing the AI Feature
Open any editable Editor block.
Look for the lilac AI Helper button in the top left corner of the block.
Click the button to unlock AI capabilities.
Key Features
Fix Spelling and Grammar
Corrects typos and grammar errors in any supported language.
Click Accept to apply the corrections and update the text with the improved version.
Create Action Points
Converts long-form text (e.g., meeting notes) into concise, actionable items.
Click Accept to finalize the action points and replace the text with concise, actionable items.
Summarize Text or Meetings
Generates brief summaries of lengthy content. Ideal for simplifying complex notes or reports.
Click Accept to replace the original text with the summarized version for clarity and brevity.
Change Tone of Voice
Adjusts text to match your audience’s expectations.
Example: Transform academic language into a more conversational tone.
Click Accept to update the text with the adjusted tone that matches your intended audience.
Translate Text
Translates content into GetAccept-supported languages:
English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, French, Spanish.
For additional languages, input a custom prompt (e.g., “Translate to Japanese”).
Click Accept to apply the translated version and replace the original text with the selected language.

Write specific instructions to tailor AI outputs to your needs.
Notes on Usage
AI functions are applied only to selected text.
Ensure you highlight the specific content before executing commands.

A: During the open beta, eligible users can enjoy this feature at no cost. As we gather feedback and refine the experience, we’ll be evaluating our approach to monetization after the beta period ends.
Q: Do you use OpenAI or any other 3rd party model?
We do not use any third-party APIs. Instead, we use a tuned version of Claude Sonnet, with both the model and all associated data hosted within our own server architecture, alongside the rest of your data. Currently, our services are enabled exclusively in the EU region.
