Branding is an essential part of creating a consistent and professional experience for your recipients in both Contracts and Deal Room.
Follow these steps to customize your branding settings effectively:
1. Access Branding Settings
Click on your profile image in the top-right corner.
Navigate to Settings and select Branding under Entity Settings.
2. Upload Your Logo
Use the search bar to look for your logo or click on the Upload image button and choose a file from your computer.
For optimal results, use an SVG or PNG format with a file size under 100 KB. Logos should be 200–300 pixels wide for consistent quality.
Note: Logos with white text or details on a transparent background may not be visible on the signing page.
3. Room Branding
Under Room Branding, you can choose to create a new theme or use the built-in theme.
Select Create New Theme to customize the appearance further, such as fonts, colors, and button styles.
Edit a theme by clicking on the three dots next to the theme you want to edit and selecting Edit theme.
4. Set Up the Theme
Theme Color: Choose a theme color for your branding. This color will now apply to more UI elements, including buttons like the "Share" button.
Text Button Color: Select whether you want white or black text for buttons. The system automatically adjusts based on accessibility standards for your chosen theme color.
Background Gradient: Select a CSS background color, opting for solid or gradient variants. Use the slider to adjust the gradient's intensity or choose from pre-set options.
Background Image: Upload a background image (recommended resolution: 3840x2160 px; maximum resolution: 7680x4320 px). Ensure it’s a high-resolution image for the best display quality.
Fonts To customize the fonts used for your branding, select your preferred H1 and H2 font as well as the Text font from the dropdown menus under the Fonts section.
The preview area below will update dynamically, showcasing how your selected fonts will appear in your Deal Room. This lets you see the applied styles for both headings (H1 and H2) and body text before saving your changes.
