Setting up an entity allows you to manage your company details, regional preferences, and team seats so your documents and signatures stay consistent.
Configure your company information
You need to add essential company details to your entity settings to ensure your email signatures and administrative records are accurate.
Go to Settings and select Entity Settings.
Fill in the General Information fields, including Entity Name, Company Name, and Business Registration Number.
Enter your Address Information, such as Street Address, City, and Zip Code.
Add your contact details, including the official company Email and Website URL.

Note: This information is used globally across the entity, so ensure the Business Registration Number is accurate for legal document compliance.
Define your regional settings
Setting regional preferences ensures that every user in your entity operates with the correct time zones, currencies, and languages.
Locate the Regional Settings section within your Entity Settings.
Select your primary Country and Timezone from the dropdown menus.
Choose your default Currency and Language for the platform interface.
Select your App Mode - choose Sales for deal-focused workflows or Business for general document management.
Note: The Data Center location is set during your initial account creation and usually cannot be changed here for security and compliance reasons.
Create a new sub-entity
If your organization has multiple branches or departments, you can create a new entity to keep their documents and users separate.
Click the Add New Entity button at the top of the Entity Settings page.
Fill in the required Company Information fields for the new branch.
Click Continue to finalize the setup.
Your new entity is now created and will appear in your entity switcher.
Note: When you create a new entity, you will need to invite users specifically to that entity, as permissions do not automatically carry over from the parent entity. Contact support to add the new entity to your subscription.
