How to download the document that was sent to you

  1. Click on the Download button and you're file will begin downloading as a pdf.

  • If you are not given the option to download it, reach out to your sender in the chat and request they enable it for you.

How to print the document that was sent to you

  1. Click on the Print button and your file will begin being prepared to be printed.

  2. Choose the printer settings you would like to use and click Print.

  • If you are not given the option to print, reach out to your sender in the chat and request they enable it for you.

How to chat with the sender on the document as a recipient

  1. Open the document that was sent to you

  2. Click on the chat in the right corner

  3. Write your message

  4. Send!

  • All messages that are sent through the chat can be read in the signature certificate once the document has been signed.

How to forward the document to another recipient to review or sign

  1. Open the document that was sent to you

  2. Click on the Invite button

  3. Enter the person's name, email, and/or number.

  4. Select if you would like to pass on the signing rights to the new person or not, and then click Invite.

  • The new recipient will then receive the document via email.

  • If you do not have this option, reach out to the sender.

How to call the sender with the click-to-call feature

  1. Click on the Call button and you will see a window pop-up asking for your phone number.

  2. Enter your phone number and click Connect to the Call.

  3. Once connected, you can cancel the call to hang up.

How to comment on a document as a recipient

  1. First, open the document that was sent to you

  2. To get started, mark the text you want to comment on

  3. Click on the comment symbol to start creating a comment

  4. Write your comment and click on the arrow to send it

  5. To reply to a comment simply click on the highlighted text, write your reply in the comment thread and click on the arrow to reply

How to access and navigate the comment history as a recipient

  1. Click on the Comment history up to the right

  2. Here you can:

    1. Filter on All, Unresolved comments, and Resolved comments by clicking on the dropdown menu

    2. Filter on show latest and oldest by clicking on the symbol to the right of the Filter by dropdown menu

    3. You can toggle on/off Hide all comments & mark-ups: When you hide the comments and markups the chat will appear to the right in the document and you cannot click on Go to comment, to do that the toggle needs to be off.

    4. When you have toggled OFF Hide all comments & mark-ups you can hover over any comment and click on Go to comment to jump right to the part of the document it was made on and easily interact with your recipients

How to resolve a comment

When you feel you are done with a comment you have the option to resolve it.

Please note that only the person who created the comment first in a thread can resolve it.

  1. Click on the โœ”๏ธ symbol up at the top of the commenting thread to resolve a comment
