If you are on our Enterprise+ plan and have an entity setup consisting of a main entity with underlying sub-entities, you can now easily manage your users in a quick and easy way directly from the main entity.
Please note this feature is only accessible if you have Enterprise+ and an entity structure with a main entity and connected sub-entities.
How to manage users across sub-entities
When you navigate to Settings -> Manage users, you will see an overview over all existing entities and its user directly from one page given you are logged in as an admin to the main entity.
You will be able to view all connected entities in one gathered view with the main entity and the sub-entities in one dedicated list. This will help you save time and get an easier overview over all users connected to your entity and sub-entities, without the need to switch entity to view this.
You will also be able to change user details in bulk by selecting multiple users from the list and either Change role, deactive or delete many users at one go.
