Access your profile settings

How to access My profile

  1. Click on your profile name up to the right

  2. Select My profile from the list

How to set up your profile

Here you can see and edit the below information:

  • First and Last name

  • Email

  • Title

  • Phone number

  • Timezone

  • Language

  • App mode

How to change your password

Under your profile information, you can change your password.

  1. Enter the old password

  2. Enter the new password

  3. Repeat the new password

  4. Click on "Change password"

  5. Done!

What you can do when you have forgotten your password

  1. Log out of GetAccept

  2. Click on Forgot password

  3. Enter your email

  4. Click on Send reset link

  5. Check your email and click on the included link to reset your password

How to change your email

  • Please note!

    Only the user of an account can change the email address.

    To change the address follow the steps below.

    The email will be used to create an email signature for your send-outs.

  1. Click on your profile image up to the right

  2. Select My profile

  3. Click on Update email

  4. Enter the new email

  5. Click on Save

  6. A verification email will be sent to your email

  7. Open the email and click on Verify email

  8. Done!

  • The information provided in My Profile will also be used to create an email signature for your send-outs.

  • It is recommended to upload a profile picture as it will also be included in your email signature and add a friendly face to your send-outs.

How to change the language on your profile

  1. Click on your profile image up to the right

  2. Select My profile

  3. Select the language you want to change to

  4. Click on Save to confirm the change

  5. Done!

  • Swedish

  • French

  • Danish

  • Norwegian
