Access your profile settings

How to Access My Profile

  1. Click on your profile name at the top right corner.

  2. Select My Profile from the dropdown list.

Updating Your Profile Information

You can edit the following details in your profile settings:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email

  • Title

  • Phone Number

  • Short Bio

  • Meeting Link

Business Card Integration

  • The round avatar image is located with a 1:1 ratio image container inside the Business Card.

  • The Business Card updates dynamically as you add content but is only saved when clicking the Save button.

  • A confirmation dialogue appears if you try to leave the page without saving changes.

  • Clicking on Book a Meeting in the settings page or input field will trigger a lightbox for in-app scheduling.

Setting Up a Meeting Link

Users can add a personal meeting link in the Calendar link field.

Account Preferences

Some profile settings have been relocated to the Account Preferences container:

  • Account Language

  • App Mode

  • Timezone

  • User Role

Changing Your Profile Language

  1. Click on your profile name at the top right corner.

  2. Select My Profile.

  3. Choose your preferred language.

  4. Click Save to confirm the change.

Supported Languages

  • English

  • Swedish

  • French

  • Danish

  • Norwegian

  • Spanish

Changing Your Password

  1. Scroll to the Change Password section.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Enter and confirm your new password.

  4. Click Change Password to save.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

  1. Log out of GetAccept.

  2. Click on Forgot Password on the login page.

  3. Enter your email and click Send Reset Link.

  4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
