How to change the SMS sender name

Having trouble with your text message with an Alphanumerical sender/using your company name as a sender here is what you need to know.

Do you want to use your company name as a sender for text messages that are sent out via GetAccept? In this article, we will go through how to set it up and where it is supported.

How to set it up

  1. Click on your profile image up to the right

  2. Select Settings

  3. Click on Settings under Document settings

  4. Scroll down to "SMS Sender Override"

  5. Type in the name of the sender you want to use, you can have a maximum of 11 characters in the name (space is not allowed).

  6. Click on Save

  7. Done!
