If your team keeps product details, positioning, or internal guidance in Notion, you can sync selected Notion pages into your AI knowledge base instead of copying them into GetAccept. Notion stays your source of truth, and every synced item links back to its original page.
To learn more about how GetAccept AI uses your knowledge base, see Set up your AI knowledge base.
Note: Only entity admins can connect Notion. Each company can connect one Notion workspace.
Connect your workspace
Go to the AI Knowledge Base section in your AI Settings, select Add knowledge, and choose From Notion. You can also click Connect on the Notion card on the Integrations page, under the Other tab.
Sign in to Notion in the tab that opens.
Use Notion’s page picker to choose the pages GetAccept can read.
The sync starts automatically. A banner shows your Notion workspace and the sync status.
Each Notion page becomes a knowledge item marked with the Notion icon. Rows in shared Notion databases are synced as pages, and supported files attached to your pages are added as separate file items.
Keep your Notion knowledge up to date
Notion knowledge doesn’t update automatically. To bring in your latest changes, click Refresh in the Notion banner. New pages are added, edited pages are updated, and pages you’ve deleted or unshared in Notion are removed.
To add or remove pages, open the banner menu and choose Choose pages. A sync runs straight after.
Edit Notion knowledge
Items synced from Notion are read-only in GetAccept. To change one, open it in Notion using its link, make your edits there, and click Refresh.
You can still add and edit knowledge items manually while Notion is connected, for example for guidance that’s specific to how GetAccept AI should work.
