The Deal Room Settings panel is divided into several groups. Each group manages a specific part of your Deal Room, what buyers see, how collaborators work, and how secure and customizable the space is. This guide explains what each group does and when to use it.
Functionality
Room tabs
Controls the major sections available inside the Deal Room.
Tabs represent the features within a room that will be shown to participants. You can enable or disable tabs to match your selling flow. For example, you may wish to keep the Contracts tab turned off until your deal progresses to the point where contracts become relevant.
What you can toggle
Action plan, shows the Mutual Action Plan
Files, shows shared documents
Meetings, shows scheduled and past meetings
Contracts, where recipients can view and sign attached contracts

These are smaller components that enhance communication and structure inside the Deal Room.

Manages the buyer’s branding inside the Deal Room.

Controls internal and external access and ownership of the Deal Room.
Used to assign who manages and supports the room from your side.

Room owner, primary responsible user
Collaborators, internal team members who can edit the room
External participants, people from your customer's company who should be part of the room
