The Mutual Action Plan Summary gives a snapshot of the buyer's progress inside the Mutual Action Plan (MAP). It helps you track completed steps, upcoming tasks, milestone deadlines, and cross-functional accountability.
What You Can See in the MAP Summary
1. Completed tasks
Shows which MAP items the buyer has finished.
2. Upcoming tasks
Displays what's scheduled next and potential blockers.
3. Responsibility overview
Shows which participant owns each task.
4. Quick link to full MAP
Opens the full Mutual Action Plan for deeper review.
When MAP Summary Is Shown
The MAP Summary appears only if the Mutual Action Plan is enabled for the Deal Room.

Milestone Progress States and Deadlines
You can now track progress at the Milestone level, independent of task completion. This gives you more flexibility to reflect how deals actually move and keep documentation aligned with real-world timelines.
Milestone progress states
Room owners and collaborators can set each Milestone to one of three states:
Not started
In progress
Completed
You can mark a Milestone as Completed even if a few final tasks are still underway, so strategic milestones like "Contract signed" or "Procurement review done" can be recorded accurately.
Milestone deadlines
You can assign deadlines at the Milestone level, using either past or future dates. Past dates let you log historical activity accurately, and future dates help align buyers and internal stakeholders on what's coming next.
Automatic status updates
Milestones automatically move to In progress when one or more tasks are started or completed.
Milestones automatically move to Completed when all tasks are completed.
Changing a Milestone's status manually does not affect the status of its individual tasks.
Note: Milestone progress states and deadlines are available in Deal Rooms managed directly within GetAccept and in CRM integrations. Salesforce support will follow at a later date.

Can I mark a Milestone as Completed if some tasks are still open?
Yes. Milestone progress is independent of task completion, so you can mark a Milestone as Completed even when individual tasks remain unfinished.
Does changing a Milestone's status change its tasks?
No. Manually changing a Milestone's status does not affect the status of its individual tasks.
Can I set a Milestone deadline in the past?
Yes. You can assign both past and future dates to a Milestone, which is useful for keeping historical records accurate.
Does this work with my CRM?
Yes, with one exception. Milestone progress states and deadlines sync with CRM integrations, but Salesforce support will follow at a later date.
