Introduction
Once your GetAccept template includes a Pricing Table, you can connect it to Salesforce so product and pricing data automatically populate your document.
This is done through Pricing Table Profiles inside the GetAccept Admin App for Salesforce.
Step 1: Open the GetAccept Admin App
In Salesforce, open the App Launcher.
Search for GetAccept Admin.
Click Setup, then go to Pricing Tables.
You’ll now see all available Pricing Table Profiles.
Step 2: Create or Edit a Pricing Table Profile
Click Create Profile.
Choose either:
Template: Standard — preconfigured for the Opportunity → OpportunityLineItem setup.
Empty Profile — for manual configuration.
Click Save to open the Profile Editor.
Tip: Use the Standard Template for most use cases, especially if you’re sending from the Opportunity object.
Step 3: Define the Data Mapping
Each profile specifies which Salesforce data populates your Pricing Table.
Set the following:
Totals object: The parent record (usually Opportunity).
Product row object: The line item data (usually OpportunityLineItem).
Pricing Table name: Must match the name in your GetAccept template.
Note: Case sensitivity matters — the table name must match exactly.
Step 4: Configure Pricing Groups
Each Pricing Table must have at least one Pricing Group, and its name in GetAccept determines how data is mapped.
In Salesforce:
Scroll to Pricing Groups.
Select Match by Group Name (recommended).
Add a Pricing Group Rule if you want to filter data.
Example rule:
Product2.Family = 'Subscription'
This ensures only subscription products populate that group.
Step 5: Map Fields and Totals
You can map Salesforce fields to the corresponding columns in GetAccept.
Common mappings include:
Product Name →
Product2.NameDescription →
OpportunityLineItem.DescriptionQuantity →
OpportunityLineItem.QuantityUnit Price →
OpportunityLineItem.UnitPriceDiscount →
OpportunityLineItem.Discount
Tip: Custom GetAccept columns can also be mapped to numeric or text fields from Salesforce.
Step 6: Activate and Test
Click Activate on your Pricing Table Profile.
Go to a Salesforce Opportunity.
Add products as line items.
Click Send with GetAccept and select your mapped template.
Your Pricing Table will now populate automatically with Salesforce product data.
