You are able to send and respond to comments made on your documents from inside the mobile app. It is great if you use the automated conversation starter, recipients often respond to it.

How to send chat messages from the mobile app

There are two options on how to start a conversation.

Option 1, To start a new conversation:

  1. Open the document in which you want to chat with the recipient

  2. Click on the chatterbox in the top right-hand corner and start the conversations

  3. Click on the arrow pointing to the right once you wish to send your comment.

Option 2, If you already have a conversation going:

  1. When in the Dashboard, choose the chatterbox down at the bottom, third from the left.

  2. There you will see all your ongoing chats for all your active documents.

  3. Open the document conversation you wish to read or send a message in. You will be able to send messages and chat with your recipient in real-time.

  4. Click on the arrow pointing to the right once you wish to send your comment.


    All messages that are sent through the chat can be read in the signature certificate once the document has been signed.
