Documents are stored in local data centers and the location is selected when you create your GetAccept account. It will normally choose the data centre that is closest to where you are located eg. Frankfurt for EU accounts. You can check your storage location in your account under Settings/Entity Information/Regional Settings.

GetAccept meets the requirements in regard to personal data and stays compliant with the GDPR regulations. All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit and personal information is anonymized when possible. No data is ever shared with other parties than it is intended for.
