To go to your subscription plan, click on your profile image up to the right and then click on My Subscription

When you first enter the Subscription plan in Settings you will see a summary of your plan.

To upgrade your plan to another simply click on Choose this plan on the plan you want to upgrade to. If you are unsure which plan would be best for you, click on Visit the pricing page to learn more and you will be directed to our price plan to learn more about our different plans.

Note: if you have plan Free you can update up to plan professional on your own

If you want to upgrade your plan to enterprise plus, kindly contact sales.

Click on the button Contact us and you will see the necessary information and choose if you want to call, email or chat with us.

Note: If you choose plan Essential, also choose if you want Annual or Monthly billing. Other paying plans have Annual billing only.


Update your current plan

To update your current plan click on Update plan to add more users to your current plan.


Canceling Your Subscription

We would hate to see you go, but if you decide GetAccept hasn't lived up to the hype, you can cancel your monthly subscription by contacting our finance department. Depending on where you are located they have different contact info.

Customers in the EU use email finance@getaccept.com and US customers use finance-us@getaccept.com. If you decide to go this route, we would really appreciate any feedback you have on how we can improve the experience for our users and you (if you decide to join our family again in the future)!
