Get Accept are going through a massive makeover and we have been working hard to update our navigation and design in the core application to take it to the next level!
So, what are the changes?
The next time you log in to Get Accept you may notice that it looks a little bit different and this article explains what has changed and how to find the different areas of the app that changed location.
What is changing?
New global navigation for the left side bar and the top menu.
Customer support new entry point in the top bar.
Easier to switch entities with new drop down in the top bar.
More direct access to profile settings, entity settings or billing & subscription.
Dashboard - New look & feel for both sales and business mode.
New design including new colors, icons and typography just to name a few.
We hope you will like your changes and to help you transition and get used to our new design faster, we have gathered a few potential questions below to help you find your way around Get Accept.
How do I contact customer support?
- We have moved the customer support and help articles link from the bottom right corner, to the top bar. Just click on the "Get Support" button and we will be ready to help you with any questions you may have.
I have several entities, how do I switch between them and where do I find this?
- You used to be able to switch entity from the left side meny. This has now changed and to switch entity, simply press your profile icon in the top menu and select the entity you want to switch to.
Where do I find the log out button?
- If you press on your profile on the top right corner, you can find the log out button in the bottom of the drop down.
How do I manage my settings?
- We have moved the settings into the drop down underneath your profile picture in the top right corner. You can choose to either go directly to My Profile to manage your profile settings. If you want to manage your entity, simply press the Settings and you will be re-directed to the entity settings. If you rather want to manage your current plan and perhaps upgrade, simply head into the subscription and billing to manage this.

Create document - Helpers
To help you to easier select what type of document type, we have added some helpers underneath the document creation to help you select the right document type for your send out.
We have made a full make over to the dashboard, below you can see a before and after comparison between our old dashboard (Sales mode) and our new dashboard.
