Has the document passed the expiration date? Do you want to have more time for the signer to sign the document?
You can update the expiration date of all of your sent-out documents in our Mobile app. You can do that from either the dashboard if it's a sales document or in All documents via the "folder" button that you will find in the bottom second from the left.
How to update the expiration date on a sent out document from the mobile app
When in "All documents" filter after your preferences.
Click the document that you want to change the expiration date on.
Click on the three dots on your right-hand side, on the top of the document.
Choose "Update expiration" and set the new date.
