Do you wish to change the intervals for when an automatic reminder is sent out? Do you wish to turn off automatic reminders entirely on a sent-out document?

In our web app on the desktop, you can change that from either the deal board if it's a sales document or in the document summary via the document action menu.

Change the interval for automatic reminders from the document action menu

  1. Go to the active document.

  2. Click on the three dots up in the right corner.

  3. Choose "Upcoming activities".

  4. Turn off the automatic reminders by ticking off the box or change the intervals for the reminders by clicking on the stated interval days.

  5. When done editing click on "Close".

  6. Done!
