Once you're on the drafting sendout page, you will see a number of blocks listed and available to use. The Template block allows you to add a pre-created GetAccept template to your sendout that you can send to your recipients.
Simply click on the Template block and find the template you would like to use. If you have your templates organized in folders, click on the one you need access to. Once you find your template, simply click it and it will begin to upload.
If you have editable fields on your template, you'll be able to update or make changes once it is fully uploaded. You can also add additional fields to your template under the Add tab, just be sure to assign them to the correct recipients.
To move or delete your Template block, click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose one of the two options.
A little add or plus sign will appear when you hover your mouse before, after, or between other blocks. Use this button to add additional blocks to your sendout.
You'll see your template's pre-defined roles to fill with recipients' contact information to the right. Once filled, this will populate any merge fields you have assigned to the roles. Also, you can always add additional recipients to your sendout, assigning them as either signers, viewers, or internal approvers.
