Once you're on the drafting sendout page, you will see a number of blocks listed and available to use. The Upload File block allows you to add any kind of document file from your computer and send it to your recipients. It is great for sending out one-off documents that you need to be signed quickly.
You can choose from Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Powerpoint slides, PDFs, and even picture files. Once selected, GetAccept will convert this file to a PDF, and edit or changes will not be able to be made to it. To upload from your computer, either click and drag your document into the Upload File block or click the block to access your device's files.
To move or delete your Upload File block, click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose one of the two options. A little add or plus sign will appear when you hover your mouse before, after, or between other blocks. Use this button to add additional blocks to your sendout.
Once all your files are uploaded, you can add your recipients to the sendout, assigning them as either signers, viewers, or internal approvers.
