This is great to send when you have someone that is ready to buy and needs the pricing and payment information. We suggest uploading this as a Google Doc using our integration so that you can keep the pricing formulas and have the Total Price auto-update as you add your rows of products or services. 

In your introduction video, summarize the invoice so it is clear and easy for them to review. If you have terms and conditions, attach them as a supplemental document so you don't distract the buyer from the important information.
