How to make it so users can't send from the web application

In some cases you want your users to start all send-outs from a specific workflow, maybe your CRM.

You may want this in order to follow the send-out workflow and save the signed copy automatically to a specific record in the CRM.

This is why you can disable your users to start the send-out workflow from app.getaccept.com.

How to make it so users can't send documents from the web application

  1. Click on the three dots next to the user and select Edit or click on the user name

  2. Toggle off User can create and send documents from web application

  3. Click on Save

  4. Done!
