When creating your template, you may want to create a specific recipient or sign-in workflow.

To add a new role as a placeholder to your template, simply click on the button

+ Add template role.

Fill in role name, role (Signer, only view, approver), and if you want to add a verification method. Click on Save when done.

When using roles, you create a template role for the specific person you want to deliver the send out to and you can set default verification settings for the role.

This means that every time you use the template, the role will be set up with the preset default settings you set. All you have to do is add the recipients' contact info to the role.

For example, if you always want the external signer of the document to sign it with eID, you can create a role called "External Signer" and set the default verification method to the eID option.

Maybe you have added fields connected to this specific role and want to simply just add the recipient to connect it to the fields, instead of connecting the fields to the recipient one by one.
