Understanding your free AI token allowance

How free AI usage works in GetAccept after the move from per-entity sessions to per-user monthly token allowance.

GetAccept includes a free monthly AI allowance that lets every user try the AI features without an add-on. This article explains how the free allowance works after the recent change from per-entity sessions to per-user tokens.

Allowance is per user, not shared across the entity

The free AI allowance is now tied to each individual user. It is no longer a single pool shared across everyone on the same entity. Each user gets their own monthly allowance and can use it independently of their teammates.

Allowance is measured in tokens, not sessions

Previously the free allowance was measured in AI sessions. It is now measured in tokens. Tokens are the unit GetAccept uses to track AI usage. Each AI action you take (for example, generating a section in a Deal Room or drafting copy with the AI) consumes a number of tokens based on the length of the input and the output.

How much is included

The current monthly token allowance is designed to cover approximately one week of normal AI usage for a typical user. The exact number of tokens is not fixed: GetAccept adjusts it on an ongoing basis based on real usage patterns, so the allowance stays calibrated to "about a week of normal use."

Note: "Normal usage" is an average based on how GetAccept users typically use the AI features. Your own usage may vary. If you regularly use the AI throughout the month for high-volume work, the free allowance will run out before the month ends. The paid AI add-on is designed for that case.

Paid AI add-ons are unchanged

This change applies only to the free monthly allowance. If your entity has a paid AI add-on, its capacity and behavior are unchanged. Contact your GetAccept representative if you are not sure which AI plan your entity is on or whether an add-on would fit your team's usage pattern.
