Has the document passed the expiration date? Do you want to have more time for the signer to sign the document? You can update the expiration date of all of your documents when creating them or after they are sent out.

Update expiration date when creating a document

  1. Click on the three dots up in the right corner to the left to the recipient tab

  2. Choose "Settings".

  3. Edit the expiration date and time

  4. Click "Save"

  5. Done!

Update the expiration date on a sent out document

  1. Open the document you want to change the expiration date on.

  2. Press on either the three-lined action menu or the date for when it expires.

  3. Choose “Update expiration”.

  4. Change the date and/or time, and if an email should go out to the recipient.

  5. Press "Confirm".

  6. Done!
