As a paying GetAccept user, you may want to update your subscription plan for a number of reasons. Any change to a subscription plan must be done by a user that is set as an Active Admin role on the account.
Adding or Changing the Number of Active Users
To add more users to your GetAccept account, simply go to Settings > Subscription Plan and enter the new amount of users you would like to have active on the account. Once you change the number of active users, you can go and invite your new users to the account to login.
Convert a Monthly Starter Plan to an Annual Plan
If you have tested GetAccept out for a few weeks and have decided that you'd like to save some extra money by converting to our annual plan, you can do so by going to Settings > Subscription Plan > selecting one of the Annual Billing options and clicking Update Plan. Besides saving money on your subscription, you will also have prioritized support when you have questions for our product specialists!
Update your Credit Card Information
If your card has expired or you would like to switch the card that is being charged your GetAccept subscription, you can do so by going to Settings > Subscription Plan > Billing Portal and following the prompts.
Canceling Your Subscription
We would hate to see you go, but if you decide GetAccept hasn't lived up to the hype, you can cancel your monthly subscription by contacting our finance department. Depending on where you are located they have different contact info. Customers in EU use email firstname.lastname@example.org and US customers use email@example.com . If you decide to go this route, we would really appreciate any feedback you have on how we can improve the experience for our users and you (if you decide to join our family again in the future)!
