The Overview/Dashboard is where you get a bird's eye view of all your active documents out for signing. Here you can see which documents need your attention the most, but also the ones that are moving along well and expected to close.
You can choose from two different App Modes when using GetAccept, Sales and Business:
In the Sales App Mode
There are five different groupings for your documents:
1. Active Deals
2. Hot Deals
3. Valley of Death
5. Won Deals
Here you see all the deals that are active and have not yet been signed or expired.
Here you see the deals that are expected to get signed and close. The documents in Hot Deals have been read, downloaded, or printed in the past 5 days.
Valley of Death:
If no activity has been made on a document in the past 5 days, it will end up in the Valley of Death. These documents require a bit more attention so that the deal is not lost. Try sending video reminders to get your customers reengaged!
Here you will find your deals that have expired. This means that the due date has passed and the recipient cannot open or sign the document. This does not mean that you have lost the deal though. You can always change the expiration date on these and they will become active again.
Here you can see all the documents that have been signed this month. You will also see the total amount for the deals that you closed the previous month to help you stay on track.
In the Overview/Dashboard you can also see sales KPIs, such as Hit Rate, Estimated Sales for the active month and Average Completed Time for a sale. Together with your colleagues, you can see who is the Top Seller for the month.
In Latest Activity, you see the recent events for your documents.
You can see if the recipient has read a document, opened it, commented, signed etc.
In the Business App Mode
There are four different groupings for a document:
1. Signed Documents
2. Active Documents
3. Not opened Documents
4. Expired Documents
Here you see all of your documents that have been signed during the month.
Here you see all the documents that are active and not yet signed.
Not Opened Documents:
Here you see the documents that have been sent out and received by the recipient, but have not yet been opened.
Here you will find the documents that have expired. This means that the due date has passed and the recipient cannot open or sign the document. You can always change the expiration date on these documents and they will become active again.
In the Overview/Dashboard you can also see the Latest Activity on all of your documents and the ones that are Expiring Soon.
